JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
In this case the petitioners apprehend their arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 287/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners carry three criminal antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
If the petitioners surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, their prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
