2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018.
3. At the very outset, learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the Principal of Mahant Ramakant Das Inter College, Meghaul, Begusarai submits that the petitioner claims clean criminal antecedents, however, he had suppressed the fact that he has been made accused in three other cases, namely, Special Case No. 19 of 2017 arising out of Vigilance P.S Case No. 80 of 2017; Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2007; and Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019. Xerox copies of the first information reports

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
