2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shampur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, registered under Sections 80, 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioners along with other family members are alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45949 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/3 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry from these petitioners. The specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77854 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Shampur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under
