The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No. 107 of 2014 registered under section 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one country made loaded pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the petitioner is in jail since 15.03.2014. It is submitted that petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year. From perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner has got seven criminal cases pending against him.

Considering the fact that petitioner has got good

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7628 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 number of criminal cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly in the trial court. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) M.Rahman/- U T
