The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P. S. Case No 244 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a and 26(2) of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one double barrel country made pistol, one country made pistol and two live cartridges of .315 bore have been recovered from possession of petitioner. Seizure list is part of the FIR which does not bear either the signature of petitioner or his family members.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.2.2019.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45320 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No 244 of 2012, subject to the following conditions:- (i) Both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall be present on each and every date fixed by the Court and absence on two consecutive dates without valid reason will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(iii) If petitioner tamper with the evidence in the case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
