This petition is for modification of order dated 08.09.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.15238 of 2020 and extension of period for surrender of the petitioner in the court below in pursuance of the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to COVID-19 and physically non-functioning of the court, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below. Having considered the facts, the modification petition is allowed. The period for surrender of the petitioner in the court
