Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that two country made pistol and one cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2019.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43180 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
