The petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant has admitted in his fardbeyan that wife of the deceased had illicit relationship with the son of the petitioner and on the alleged date of occurrence, the deceased had gone to the house of the petitioner.
It appears that subsequently, the deceased was found lying on the road and he was got admitted in the hospital by the police.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8267 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Purnahia P.S.
