The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR wherein the main allegation of abduction of the victim, sister of the informant, is against one Sunil Yadav as also the fact as would appear from the FIR itself that the victim herself refused to come back to her brother's house, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
