2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner is that they assaulted informant and his family members by means of iron rod and gadasa due to land dispute. Petitioner is alleged to have hit with sword on the head of the informant. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be
