The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 307, 353, 504, 324 and 333 Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya OP) P.S. Case No. 102/2014. F.I.R. was instituted in the year 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not explained the circumstances in which petitioner is not apprehended at this stage. A perusal of para 33 of the case diary discloses that process under Section 82 has been issued against the petitioner as far back in the year 2015 itself.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66421 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
