2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 379, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Muslim Women Protection of Rights of Marriage Act, 2019 and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 27.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023.
