The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 420 of 2012 registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. The name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused and no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 01.02.2013, but he has not been put on T.I. parade. However, except this case, twelve cases are pending against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Afzal Alam, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 420 of 2012, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10959 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 shall not indulge in such activity in future. Further condition that if petitioner shall involve in such activity, then bailors shall be informed to the court concern then bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancel. Further condition that petitioner shall file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year. m.p.
