The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is ready to refund the entire loan amount to the complainant Bank with six months from today in monthly installments.

Considering the admission of the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on provisional anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44782 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2 /2 for a period of six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada/successor Court in connection with Kauakol (Rupau) P.S. Case No.56 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The confirmation of provisional bail shall be subject to fulfillment of condition by the petitioner and at the discretion of the learned court below.
