The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149, 387, 307, 353, 504,337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that about 100 persons belonging to village Mahsai and nearby to the police station entered into the police station raising slogan against S.H.O. and started mounting pressure to release the D.J. Trolley and pick-up van and forcibly started taking away the same upon which S.T.F. form Haldia Sector was called and when D.J. Trolley was not released then the miscreants started pelting stones on the police force.

Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that other co-accused of this case has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44573 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Nawada in connection with ,Rajauli P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
