JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 The present writ application was filed on 28.1.2013. On 17.7.2014 no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. On 21.7.2014 the case was directed to be listed after disposal of the LPA No. 721 of 2014. The LPA No. 721 of 2014 was dismissed for default.

It appears that on 12.4.2017 by notification no. 1109 the State Government took a decision to accept the B.Ed degree from Jammu and Kashmir as valid for appointment. In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the degree of B.Ed of the petitioner as valid for appointment. In the event, in future the respondents undertakes selection process for appointment, the case of the petitioner with

Patna High Court CWJC No.1833 of 2013(5) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 B.Ed. from Jammu and Kashmir University may be taken as valid degree.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
