JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Initially, petitioner lodged the present case against unknown but in course of investigation, the son of deceased got recorded his statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which he stated that this petitioner committed the murder of the deceased due to land dispute.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9294 of 2015 (3) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 218 of 2014.
