JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354C, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that informant heard sound of noice and came and saw that the petitioner was trying to outrage the modesty of one Usha Mishra and when she tried to save her she was pushed down by the petitioner and assaulted her by bricks. It further appears that petitioner is accused in four other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact dispute arose with respect to parking and so far other cases are concerned, all have been filed by the same informant and petitioner has also filed a counter case against

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of submission made above and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
