The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code 25(1-A, 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case, in short, is that on seeing the police, the accused persons started fleeing away and one loaded revolver with two live cartridges have been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.3.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that one loaded revolver with

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.
