2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61757 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner bonafidely had no knowledge of the said order being received in the learned court below, therefore, he went to enquire in the learned court on 28.05.2024 and then only he came in knowledge that time granted to furnish bail bonds had lapsed due to which he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Shiv Pujan Sao and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61757 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
