The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 420, 467, 468, 427, 471, 384, 389, 120B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of purely civil in nature. Further submission is that in spite of valid service of notice, no appears on behalf of the informant. No criminal offence is made out in the case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39611 of 2017 (4) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S.
