2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is brother-in-law of Dewar of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2024. The petitioner has clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49920 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, East Champaran at Motihari in Kotwa P.S.Case No. 111 of 2024.
