JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2024 The present petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been preferred by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 18.02.2016 passed by Ld. District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in Criminal Revision No. 407 of 2015 and the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014, whereby cognizance of offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 427, 347, 447, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(xi) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, has been taken against the petitioner.

2. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled and they have filed compromise petition before the Court below showing the settlement of the dispute between them.
3. Both Ld. counsels for the parties affirm the fact that this compromise petition has been filed by the parties before the Court below for settling the dispute.
4. In the interest of justice, the present petition is allowed, quashing the order dated 18.02.2016 passed by Ld. District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in Criminal Revision No. 407 of 2015 and the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
