Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner submit that the petitioner has already filed a detail representation on 20.04.2012 before the Chief General Manager, Telecom Bihar Circle, Patna, subsequent to the development, which has taken place during the pendency of the present writ petition, as such he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to seek remedy before the Chief General Manager, Telecom Bihar Circle, Patna.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the information placed before this Court, the present writ petition is
