The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 409, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner being the Incharge Mukhiya committed irregularities in expenditure of Rs. 16,80,840/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific irregularity has been mentioned in the First Information Report. A statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that the petitioner being the Incharge Mukhiya has not spent any amount. The investigation has already concluded.
