2. Mr. Amitab Sohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that the order of the Court has already been complied with, however, the same is objected by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has informed that the interest has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, so far as payment of interest is concerned, the petitioner may file a detail representation before the Finance Officer/Registrar of the Magadh University for payment of the interest. The representation of the petitioner must be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing.
