Sri Satyendra Kumar Bhatnagar, learned counsel appeared and submitted that learned senior counsel is engaged in some other court, just to arrive. The learned counsel himself has not expressed his desirability to argue this petition. His senior has not turn up upto 4.15 P.M. Gone through the order impugned in consonance with the materials available on the record.
From perusal of the record, it is evident that during course of an inquiry under Section 202 of the Cr.P.C. witnesses have supported the case. During midst thereof, as is evident the matter was amicably sorted out whereupon the victim had gone to her Sasural where, she died and for that a case was instituted.

Be that as it may, that happens to be a separate incident. Accordingly, the instant petition has got no merit and is rejected.
