This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities either to release the unacquired land of the petitioner or to make payment as per the current market rate/value of 7 decimal land of the petitioner pertaining to Khata No. 77, Khesra No. 4144 of Mauza Alampur, Gonpura, P.S. 68, Circle- Phulwarisharif.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the appropriate forum as may be available to her in accordance with law.

5. In the event such representation is filed, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
