Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he being a driver of the vehicle, committed theft of the vehicle.

It is submitted that stolen vehicle was recovered within the jurisdiction of Alamganj Police Station for which Alamganj P.S.Case No.252 of 2014 was registered against one Balendar Paswan as the vehicle was recovered from his possession.

Considering the fact that the stolen vehicle has been recovered from the possession of Balendra Paswan and that the petitioner is in jail since 11.7.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Vth, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.Case No.262 of 2014.
