1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities especially Respondent No.1 to get an enquiry conducted at his own level in the facts and circumstances of the case;

Patna High Court CWJC No.10398 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 (ii) To initiate proper legal action after the said enquiry against the Private Respondent No. 4 for having misled the Respondent No. 3 in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
