The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

From the possession of petitioner no.1 one bundle of notes was recovered. It appears that in the middle of bundle plain paper was tied with the notes.

It is submitted that there is no allegation that the petitioner cheated anybody. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner no.2. Other accused persons namely Navin Kumar and Deepak Kumar have already been enlarged on bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 5094 of 2014 and Cri. Misc. No. 1076 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9121 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 2015..

Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in jail custody since 28.09.2014, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, J.M. Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case no. 300 of 2014.
