The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Sheikhopur Sarai P.S.No.32 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that name of the petitioners and others have been disclosed by Sanjit Kumar who was apprehended by the police in course of fleeing away. It has also been submitted that the present case has been lodged by an A.S.I. who happened to be the Officer-in-Charge of Sheikhopur Sarai Police Station and not by a private person. Names of the co-accused persons have also come in the F.I.R.

No.68727 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that co-accused Bipin Paswan @ Neta Ji has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 31.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.73934 of 2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest of surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. - 1st Sheikhpura, in Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.32 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
