JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 380, 427, 448 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and other co-accused persons have been made accused in this case and there is general allegation of assault against the petitioner and others.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that several other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court and the case of the petitioner is similar to that, which will appear from Annexure-2 series.
Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, let
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44790 of 2019(3) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
