The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.351 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners have got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that after investigation, the police submitted chargesheet against the petitioners under Section 307 and other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47737 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is also submitted that there is no chance of tampering of the prosecution witnesses. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.351 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
