JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 581 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 367, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a counter version of the occurrence and both sides have received injuries. The injuries suffered by the victims of this case are simple in nature.
Considering the aforestated facts and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the petitioners, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72788 of 2018(4) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S.
