This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.06.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 39322 of 2019, wherein petitioner was allowed pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019/POCSO Case No. 13 of 2019 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Khagaria-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the first paragraph and prayer portion of bail application of Criminal Misc. No. 39322 of 2019, "POCSO Case No. 14 of 2019" has wrongly been typed in place of "POCSO Case No. 13

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43872 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 of 2019" due to that reason in the first and last paragraph of aforesaid order dated 27.06.2019, "POCSO Case No. 14 of 2019" has wrongly been typed in place of "POCSO Case No. 13 of 2019".

In view of the aforesaid submission, let the order dated 27.06.2019 be modified and in first and last paragraph of order dated 27.06.2019, "POCSO Case No. 14 of 2019" be read as "POCSO Case No. 13 of 2019" and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below be extended for four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
