2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected in terms of the order of this Court dated 14.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39061 of 2014, in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.37 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that there was a case and counter case between the parties. Since then the parties have entered into compromise. It is further submitted that several persons on either side have been granted bail, considering the nature of accusations and subsequent developments.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.8867 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case let the petitioners, namely, Vinay Kumar Yadav and Hari Mohan Yadav @ Khakhari, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.M. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.37 of 2014.
