The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. When the informant came out of his house, the informant saw the petitioner fleeing away from the place of occurrence. Considering the fact that this case relates to double murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, it is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2013.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within one year from the date of receipt / production of this order.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11494 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 The Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to ensure attendance of the prosecution witnesses in the court on day-to-day basis so that the trial may conclude within one year.
