Petitioners have filed this modification application for modification of order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25534 of 2019 whereby allowing the anticipatory bail petition, the petitioners were directed to surrender before the learned lower court within four weeks and furnish bail bond.

Petitioners have sought extension of time for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43870 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 surrender before the learned lower court submitting that due to mistake of their learned counsel, result of the case could not be intimated to the petitioners and his parvikar has also not contacted their learned counsel to know about result of the case. Consequently, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned lower court in compliance of the order of this Court within stipulated period.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower Court and furnish bail bond within two weeks from today. Accordingly, the order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25534 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this application is disposed of.
