JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Having appreciated the difficulty in pursuing the application for modification of the order dated 19.10.2020 by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27287 of 2020, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

This application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Since learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and because of that he has not submitted his bail bond in the learned court below, this Court would clarify that the earlier order passed by this Court shall not protect the petitioner in any manner and it will be open
