Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is only of snatching Rs.1,000/- from the pocket of the informant and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to inflict assault to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47741 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 anybody. On similar ground, co-accused Birsa Harijan and Baldeo Das and Manita Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
