JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA) and 26(1) (2) of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, on the basis of a tip off the police party had surrounded the agricultural land of one Md. Sultan whereupon some persons, present at the relevant time, started trying to flee away and, thereafter, they were apprehended. One of the apprehended persons is said to have disclosed the name of Md. Usman, the petitioner. From the place of occurrence, on search, so many incriminating articles were seized.

No.8374 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 petitioner submits that, as per the prosecution case, no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2014 and has also argued that he has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Munger, in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014.
