2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of knife. The injury caused by hard and blunt substance and has been found to be simple in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025.
