Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.198 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that two persons were arrested with motorcycle, who disclosed their names as Vikash Kumar & Nitish Kumar. They disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is further alleged that police committed raid in the house of petitioner and recovered Apache motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid motorcycle is registered in the name of father of petitioner. It was not stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
