Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414/34 IPC. The police apprehended two persons with stolen motorcycle and the third person managed to escape. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of Ramdaresh Yadav alias Naresh Yadav, the petitioner. They did not produce any paper with regard to motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR-34H-1393.

It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M, Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No. 129 of 2014.
