2. A report vide letter no. 152 dated 27.05.2025 from the court of Additional Sessions Judge-XI-cum-Special Judge under SC/ST Act, Gopalganj is on record which shows that charge has already been framed on 13.09.2017 and out of fifteen witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined.

3. Since the trial has already proceeded, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, the application is dismissed.
