====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2019. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor the stolen material was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
