JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that out of 8 prosecution witnesses, six prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending only for examination of the I.O. and the doctor.

Therefore, I do not think it proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sahar P.S. case No.36 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 266 of 2013 is again rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner, who is facing trial before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Bhojpur, Ara in Sessions Trial No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14459 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 of within four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of order.

Let copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Ara with direction to him to ensure the presence of remaining prosecution witnesses of Sessions Trial No. 266 of 2013 arising out of Sahar P.S. case No.36 of 2013 before the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Bhojpur, Ara within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
