2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that pursuant to the order of Patna High Court in CWJC NO. 15459 of 2014, his certificate was also put in the category of forged and fake one which led to the lodging of the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be fighting the case in which his certificate has been clubbed in the category of fake one, it has been recorded that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49776 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 is out of service on 12.07.2023 itself, has remained in custody since 02.05.2025.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail submitting that despite the time given by the Patna High Court, the petitioner failed to resign.

6. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the period of custody, FIR is there, he shall be facing the trial, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of bail with conditions.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:

(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or
