Having regard to the stand taken in the supplementary show-cause filed by the opposite party no.5 and 6, this Court would no longer be required to pursue this contempt application, inasmuch as, the claim for recognition of the school of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground of the petitioner's not furnishing the basic infrastructure, a requirement for grant of recognition to Sanskrit school.

Patna High Court MJC No.1014 of 2014 (5) dt.09-09-2015 That being so, this application is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to now take any remedial action against the decision taken by the Board.
